LinkLab
A response to the challenges of the city of tomorrow

Savoie (73), France
A multi-purpose office and shared services centre
Linklab is a daring gamble in Chambéry. Indeed this mixed-use building, housing the shops and offices of tomorrow - for companies wishing to explore new ways of organising work and more flexible property offers - is a pioneering project in La Cassine. This district, although strategically located near the train station and the city centre, is still dotted with industrial wasteland and road infrastructure.

The LinkLab building acts as a first step in a densification and intermingling of programmes to encourage new uses while minimising the ecological footprint. It aims to be the symbol of a wider urban requalification/diversification operation, with an architecture adapted to users whose movements, time scales and habits change with technological progress.
All curves, open to its neighbourhood, scalable and modular
Linklab offers tenants the opportunity to experience the true flex office. It may have to stand on its own for a few years before buildings in the same vein emerge in their turn. In this bioclimatic building (solar power, electric vehicle recharging, digital room management system and collective infrastructure), well- being and conviviality are also sought after (connected terraces, panoramic top floor, dedicated sports changing room for residents, etc.).
