A privileged environment...

Bassens is a commune located in an exceptional setting, at the gateway to the Bauges, Chartreuse and Vanoise natural parks. With 4,400 inhabitants, Bassens is popular and has retained its village spirit. It is located to the east of Chambéry, the historical capital of Savoie.

At the heart of the economic dynamism of the Alpine region, the inhabitants of Green Parc have quick access to the region's business centres thanks to the urban expressway. They also benefit from local services, three schools and a public transport network, making it easy to get around Chambéry and the surrounding area.

In a peaceful and natural setting, the town combines accessibility to services and economic centres.

...in harmony with nature

Located on the route de Verel, the Green Parc residence combines the advantages of proximity and a remarkable quality of life. Its dominant position offers a 360° view of the hills, namely the Belledonne mountain range. Nature lovers will enjoy the gentle way of life and the landscape that changes with the seasons.

A place to live of exceptional quality

The Green Parc residence consists of three-storey buildings, consciously arranged within a landscaped park to provide each flat with good exposure. The blocks, with their contemporary lines, are deliberately open to the outside world to ensure a high quality of living for its occupants. In this complex, secured by video entry phone, residents benefit from basement and outdoor parking for daily comfort.

Inspired by the green setting, Patriarche has imagined a park with different atmospheres designed to provide real moments of relaxation.

Cedars of Lebanon, mountain pines, bird sorbs and snow trees: a wide variety of tree species will provide shade in fine weather along a pleasant pedestrian path.

Particular attention was paid to the construction of the buildings in order to achieve a perfect balance between cost control and building quality. A classic construction system was therefore chosen. Simple equipment has also been installed with a view to ensuring comfort and quality of use.

The teams also ensured that the layout of the flats was as efficient as possible, with a well-ordered distribution and distinct day and night areas. The common areas are carefully treated, in line with the architecture of the building and the sensibilities of the future buyers.

The residence complies with the French RT 2012 thermal regulations: a guarantee of the low energy consumption of new housing.
