Aura
Residential houses with garden, villa⎯flats and new flats in a natural setting

Bruyères-le-Châtel (91), France
Nature and architecture at the heart of a new district
The AURA project is located in the heart of the newly created Croix de L'Orme district in the south-west of Bruyères-le-Châtel: a dynamic town, between nature and heritage, located less than 10 minutes by car from Arpajon and only 45 minutes from the Paris Austerlitz train station.
Like the area in which it is located, Aura offers real diversity in housing. Houses, villa-apartments and flats with large windows opening onto vast gardens, terraces or balconies, allow residents to take full advantage of the peaceful living environment of Bruyères-le-Châtel, while benefiting from the attractiveness of the new district with a strong urban, social and generational mix that encourages living together.

The project combines the advantages of a dense urban fabric (public services, facilities, public transport) and the proximity of large areas: access to green and natural spaces, banks of the Orge and Rémarde rivers, 12th century heritage, local food supply, small shops, etc.
In this natural setting, AURA has developed a contemporary, uncluttered architecture to provide residents with comfort: living rooms that open onto the outside, generous, bright bedrooms, and homes with multiple orientations.
Environmental responsibility in its DNA
The environmental responsibility present in the DNA of this new district is also embodied by the AURA project: thermodynamic balloons, photovoltaic panels on the roof, RT 2012-10% thermal regulations, NF Habitat HQE certification, etc.
